The Sales Sherpa Programme is built around that insight. Over six months, we work on confidence alongside capability. We apply learning to your real situations, your real clients, your real challenges. Your cohort, a group of peers navigating the same journey, holds you accountable alongside me.

After six months, here’s where you’ll be. You’ll have a clear, grounded understanding of what sales is, and what it’s definitively not. You’ll be showing up in the market with more consistency and less anxiety. You’ll have a rhythm for developing relationships and moving opportunities forward.

Most importantly: you’ll have stopped trying to be a salesperson. You’ll have learned to originate as yourself. And you’ll have found that it works.
